Court Culture Commerce presale hasn’t opened yet — the flagship shirt is still in development, and we don’t sell from a mockup. This page describes how presale, shipping, returns, and refunds will work once it does, so there are no surprises when it’s live.

Presale & Production Timing

• Every product is clearly labeled “Presale” or “Preorder” — it is not immediately available to ship.
• You’ll see the exact date the presale window closes before you check out.
• Production begins after the presale window closes, based on confirmed order volume.
• You’ll get an order confirmation immediately, and a second email when production begins.

Shipping & Local Pickup

A shipping cost and estimated timeline will be shown at checkout once presale opens. Chicago-area local pickup will be offered as an option at select Court Culture events when available.

Sales Tax

Listed product prices do not include applicable sales tax. Tax is calculated based on your shipping location and added at checkout.

Returns & Size Exchanges

Size exchanges will be available within a defined window after delivery, subject to the item being unworn and in original condition. Defective items are eligible for a replacement or refund — just reach out with your order details.

Refunds & Delays

If a delay pushes your order meaningfully past the estimated shipment window, you’ll be notified directly and given the option to wait or receive a full refund. Once production has started on a presale order, cancellations may not be available — this will always be stated clearly before you check out.
