Scope
These terms cover use of this website only — browsing, joining the waitlist, contacting us, and (once live) purchasing Court Culture Commerce products. They do not cover participation in Court Culture Chicago events, which is governed by a separate Event Terms, Code of Conduct, and risk acknowledgment provided at registration.
Using This Site
You agree to use this site lawfully and not to attempt to disrupt it, scrape it at scale, or misuse any form on it (including submitting false information through the waitlist or contact forms).
Our Content
The Court Culture name, logo, Full Circle system, and all site content are the property of Court Culture LLC. You’re welcome to share links to this site; you’re not permitted to reproduce our branding, photography, or copy for your own commercial use without asking first.
No Warranty
This site is provided as-is. We work to keep it accurate and available, but we don’t guarantee it will be error-free or uninterrupted.
Commerce Purchases
Once Court Culture Commerce presale is live, purchases will be governed by our Commerce Policies page, covering presale terms, shipping, returns, and refunds, in addition to these terms.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois.
Changes
We may update these terms as the site and business evolve. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated terms.
